Tecnotree has implemented a Business Support System (BSS) upgrade for MTN South Sudan.
The project is part of MTN's digital transformation initiative aimed at accelerating its Ambition 2025 execution. Tecnotree has enhanced MTN South Sudan’s BSS infrastructure with its complete range of digital BSS Suite, which includes CRM, Order Management, Product Catalog, Inventory Management, Microservices Platform, Billing, Collections, and integration of BSS functionalities with other 3PP systems and Channels.
The digital transformation will enable MTN South Sudan to run business operations smoothly and utilise newly available functionalities to gain business benefits. It will also align business processes with day-to-day operations.
